We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team in Milano-Cortina 2026. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the Salomon brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve significant sales targets for Salomon
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Ensure exceptional consumer experience at assigned accounts and OMNI channel touch points
  • Collaborate with Market Manager, Area Sales Manager's, Customer Service, Shopper Marketing Manager, and Influencer Marketing Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales with a strong Sporting Goods expertise
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sell Through Activation In Store and Events
  • Retail Maths and analytical skills
  • Negotiation and solution-selling, managing objections
Desired Qualifications:
  • High school level education minimum / Degree level ideally
  • Fluent English
  • Microsoft office – strong excel skills, Sales Tools (sales portal, BB, SFA)
