About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Italy, focusing on rare skeletal conditions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team and contribute to delivering business results in your territory.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute plans to ensure BioMarin products have access to the market and are funded at regional and account levels.
  • Identify key customers, deliver key messages, and ensure proper reach and frequency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Report activities and analyze territory data to identify opportunities and minimize risks.
  • Implement commercial plans and manage key accounts.
  • Collect competitive intelligence information and participate in company meetings and teleconferences.
  • Report PV cases as per company policy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A scientific degree (D.L. 219-2006 and subsequent amendments).
  • Minimum five years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry in RAM/KAM/Specialist roles.
  • Previous experience in rare metabolic diseases is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Commercial thinking, experience in market access at regional and hospital levels.
  • Good understanding of healthcare systems, including access, financing, and public health policy.
  • Experience in local market access is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated integrity, personal awareness, and trustworthiness.
  • Computer competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
