Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
  • Research and prospect for new clients in Italy
  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
  • Present our solution to C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract
  • Forecast Sales Revenue and provide visibility of your deal pipeline

Your Qualifications

  • Native level of Italian + a good level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR
  • No excuses attitude: success depends on individual effort
  • Hunger for challenges and eagerness to raise the bar every day
  • Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions
