About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Director for Italy to lead our sales team and drive business growth in this key market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company at the forefront of process mining technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages individual success.
  • Establish and achieve annual sales targets within the assigned territory, maintaining precise control and forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop a strategic plan to expand our customer base and land new logos, leveraging your expertise in direct SaaS sales and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure executive alignment and proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand customer needs and objectives, driving revenue growth through targeted efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record working with Partners, including consulting firms and enterprise tech companies.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and approach challenges with a positive attitude, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate, be inclusive, and embrace diversity.

Estimated Salary Range

$150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
