Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads for our team of Account Executives.
You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will be responsible for qualifying leads and passing them on to our team of AE's.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and nurture sales leads for our team of Account Executives
- Qualify leads and pass them on to our team of AE's
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads and obtain contact information
- Follow up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads
- Manage email and cold calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects
- Articulate a sales pitch effectively and secure meetings for our Sales teams to promote AlfaDocs and its key services
- Generate leads by leveraging phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow-up
- Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop in the role
- Utilize our CRM, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify the prospect's need and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
- Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Prior experience as an SDR with a track record of achieving quota
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Has a track record of creatively solving problems
- Positive attitude
- Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
- Equipment: laptop, headphones, keyboard, mouse, smartphone with unlimited data, and a dedicated office monitor
