Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Havas Media Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including verifying anomalies in invoices, managing relationships with the administrative team, and controlling media plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify anomalies in invoices and manage relationships with the administrative team
  • Control media plans and ensure they are in line with internal management
  • Support the operational team in formalizing purchases and verifying expense justifications
  • Manage summaries of invoices, statistics, and templates for client management
  • Support the management of legal procedures and bureaucratic processes required by clients or for internal company processes

Requirements:

  • Laurea or diploma in economic or administrative fields
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel
  • Ability to mediate and negotiate in managing relationships with suppliers
  • Attention to detail, precision, and punctuality
  • Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written
  • Immediate availability

Work Location: Roma

Work Hours: Full-time

Havas Media Group offers a 6-month internship contract, with the possibility of extension. The internship will provide the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the field of media planning.
