About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Area Manager to lead our sales team in Central Italy. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales performance analysis and provide insights to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to support business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
