Job Overview

A highly motivated and experienced CRM/Marketing professional is sought after to take on the role of CRM Project Manager – Southern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the Southern Europe & Emerging Markets cluster through effective CRM campaigns.

About the Role

The CRM Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Marketing, colleagues in the marketing & sales team, EAF teams in Paris, and other CRM marketing teams in Europe to execute CRM marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and analyze data bases of each market (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey) to understand their specificities;
  • Develop a CRM calendar per market based on external calendars and monthly MAPs;
  • Use CRM tools, target, and segment direct and indirect databases effectively;
  • Design NL content using EAF guidelines and market-specific wording.
Mission Objectives

The CRM Project Manager will focus on four key objectives:

  1. Maximize customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value through effective CRM/PRM programs;
  2. Plan and operate targeted communication campaigns using customer data and analysis tools;
  3. Collaborate with the global technical team to resolve technical issues and improve CRM functionality;
  4. Monitor CRM and site performance, generating regular reports on trends, KPIs, and results;
  5. Identify data-driven improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions;
  6. Implement robust measures to optimize channel performance and maintain a test and learn approach;
  7. Keep an eye on market trends to drive innovation;
  8. Manage opportunities to grow the database and increase data capture;
  9. Share best practices to optimize the database and implement a robust contact strategy per market;
  10. Analyze internal data to understand database specifics, interests, and booking patterns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree and proven marketing and CRM qualifications;
  • 3-4 years' experience in CRM/Marketing;
  • Sound understanding of CRM measurements and data segmentation;
  • Creative eye and ability to update creative content using Photoshop;
  • Basic HTML coding skills;
  • Advanced skills in PPT and Excel;
  • Experience managing eCRM campaigns across multiple markets using new CRM tools;
  • Languages: English and Italian (French and Spanish as a plus).
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
