We are seeking a skilled Regional Partner Strategist to lead the Southern European region, focusing on channel and partner sales expertise. Our company is rapidly expanding, leveraging our momentum to bring our Next Level SaaS Data Protection to a global audience through a 100% indirect go-to-market approach.

About the Role

As a key member of our EMEA team, you will report directly to our VP of Channel and play a critical role in expanding our presence across this region. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing regional sales strategies in alignment with your team and partners (resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, and distributors).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners.
  • Enabling and activating partners by teaching them how to grow their SaaS backup practice and identify new business opportunities in the region.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all partner sales and prospecting activities in CRM and PRM systems.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

We require a professional with a strong commercial understanding and several years of experience developing partner relationships in the SaaS/IT industry. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • A solid stakeholder management and negotiation skillset.
  • A structured approach to business development.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more region-specific languages.
