Southern Europe Business Intelligence Director

At Human Value S.R.L., we are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Director to lead our Southern Europe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence, with experience in creating and managing teams to drive growth and transformation strategies.
About the Role:
- Evaluate strategic business opportunities to drive growth and efficiency across the Southern Europe region.
- Optimize decision-making processes through data-driven insights, ensuring that our company stays ahead of the competition.
- Monitor market indicators to identify trends and potential risks, informing our strategy and decision-making.
- Develop customer segmentation models for local digital campaigns, tailored to meet the needs of our target audience.
- Promote the automation of business processes through advanced BI tools, increasing productivity and reducing costs.
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in a BI or similar role within complex and structured environments.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel (including Macros), and SQL.
- A strong ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analysis.
- Experience in data visualization and user experience to optimize data interpretation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-level stakeholders and motivate team members.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) is a plus.
What We Offer:
