Job Summary:
This role involves driving strategy and innovation in sales and marketing effectiveness, leveraging Cloud platforms to optimize tools and processes. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with Divisional ComEx and Marketing Leads, IT Team to improve CRM system, enhancing customer centricity, functionality, and reporting outputs.
• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap based on leadership/business needs, optimizing Sales processes.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of system functionality, configuration, and process.
• Design subject matter expert for local super users for CRM problem resolution, backup Lead Super Users of other businesses.
• Ensure quality data processes for accurate qualitative metrics, lead key aspects of CRM system implementation (EMEA Key Priorities etc...).
Project and Change Management:
• Apply structured change management approach and methodology for people side change caused by projects and change efforts.
• Develop change management strategy based on situational awareness of details and groups impacted by change.
• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings logically.
• Develop actionable change management plans, including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
Sales Analysis, Commercial Productivity:
• Nurture partnerships with internal stakeholders to implement, track, report key metrics, gather feedback.
• Monitor and improve commercial processes: measure effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, review, optimize, deploy new processes thanks to strong communication and change management skills.
• Develop and maintain processes to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within the CRM system.
• Work with business and sales operations leaders on processes essential to salesforce productivity: pipeline management, territory management, reporting, sales process optimization.
What We Are Looking For:
• Senior-level experience in strategic marketing or sales force effectiveness departments.
• Expertise in wide application of principles, theories, concepts, ability to creatively resolve broad range of issues.
• Project management skills: set priorities, drive projects in dynamic environment, manage contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, management, sciences, or statistics.
• Fluency in English, strong knowledge of CRM/ERP software systems/platforms, preferably familiar with main statistical analysis software and sales and market research data analysis applications.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
