About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grocery Account Development Lead to join our team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship with our strategic grocery partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important grocery partners, including high sales volume drivers and global grocery brands.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with grocery partners.
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Work with other departments to guide new plans and problem solutions.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to increase growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in commercial roles, experience in retail/FMCG, or other high-growth companies.
  • Knowledge of the food retail industry.
  • Experience creating long-term relationships.
  • Must be fluent in English.
