HR Generalist for Italian Operations at Assa Abloy Entrance Systems

Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Italy seeks an HR Generalist to support the local organization in strategic and operational projects. This role involves overseeing HR processes, cultural change, and improvement initiatives.

The HR Generalist will be a key pillar in ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and will report directly to the local General Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Support business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
  • Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems driving high performance
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs
  • Assess and organize training sessions locally and ensure international training program deployment
  • Ensure legal compliance in human resource management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
