Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager Off Trade to lead our spirits business in Italy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability in the off-trade channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial plans to drive sales and profitability in the off-trade channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Manage customer P&Ls and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with customers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive category strategy and growth
Requirements
  • Significant commercial experience in off-trade sales, preferably in a management role
  • Deep understanding of consumers, shoppers, and categories
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to manage complex data and insights
  • Excellent strategic relationship management skills, with ability to plan and implement commercial strategies
