Key responsibilities include:

* Interacting with key members of other divisions and direct reports in a constructive, productive, and selfless manner to develop synergies and the company's overall bottom line.
* Relying on C4C (CRM in use) as the primary tool to manage the sales team.
* Promoting and engaging the C4C culture within the area of responsibility.
* Monitoring KPIs to control and develop the business in all its aspects.
* Training, educating, and empowering Sales Area Managers in both technical and commercial aspects.
* Ensuring a good customer satisfaction.
* Leading and instructing the sales team to approach new customers, listen, and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions.
* Increasing market share and working on territory segmentation.
* Developing indirect business through the right partners (loyalty program) and with a balanced division of product ranges.
* Supporting the responsible of the business line to maintain a strong team structure.
