Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability for our restaurant partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant partners, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and/or business development.
  • Proven experience in people management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
