Russian Market Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive growth in the Russian market.
About the Role:As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their training needs, and identifying opportunities to maximize the impact of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Be a growth driver, by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collect feedback and analyze the learners' experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Russian, plus English and Italian is a plus).
- Advanced level of English to collaborate with colleagues worldwide.
- Ability to adapt easily to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
