We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our Service Division, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of the production order cycle in our Aftermarket factories and field service call center.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the order processing for aftermarket factories to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Lead the reorganization of Aftermarket and field service support functions under one roof to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own the order management cycle from receipt of order through commissioning and customer service, ensuring technical specifications and commercial contractual requirements are met.
- Develop and implement Call Center Metrics and standard processes to ensure accurate and timely order entry and feedback with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering field, plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience in customer service.
- Experience with ERP data systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are essential.
- Knowledge of order entry (CSM) systems is a plus.
- Experience in change management is desirable.
- Candidates must have a valid work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the US.
