Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve market share, and enhance our brand presence in the Italian education sector.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Italian education market, a strong network of contacts, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve market share in the Italian education sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Lead a team to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the Italian education market and customer needs
  • Experience teaching in a public state school
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to seize opportunities
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and risk-taking ability
