About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer to join our team in Italy. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the Salomon brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and distribution targets in the defined territory
  • Develop a seasonal "game plan" to drive Salomon brand guidelines, strategies and priorities
  • Build, present and coordinate seasonal Joint Business / Marketing plans with assigned Premium Partners that deliver on strategic objectives of Salomon and maximizes consumer preference and brand experience
  • Meet the seasonal key product category objectives in sales and distribution
  • Identify territory sales, distribution and promotion opportunities
  • Take care of all the customer related topics - sales and accounting aspects

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the sporting goods industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least to years of experience in sales with a strong Sporting Goods expertise.
  • Communication and Presentation skills
  • Sell Through Activation In Store and Events
  • Retail Maths and analytical skills
  • Negotiation and solution-selling, managing objections
