About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves recruiting, developing, and coaching Area Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals. You will create annual and cycle-specific priorities to execute national, regional, and account-specific programs. Spend at least 60% of your time in the field to ensure accountability and manage individual performance. Check sales updates on CRM software (Salesforce) and effectively execute responsibilities with the Sales Manager and Medical Director.
Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach Area Sales Specialists to drive quality sales volume and achieve sales goals.
- Create annual and cycle-specific priorities to execute national, regional, and account-specific programs.
- Spend at least 60% of time in the field to ensure accountability and manage individual performance.
- Check sales updates on CRM software (Salesforce).
- Effectively execute responsibilities with the Sales Manager and Medical Director.
- Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Sales role; people leadership experience; fluent in Italian and English; Salesforce expertise; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); strong verbal and written communication skills; strong diplomacy and adaptability attributes.
- Strong logic and reasoning skills; ability to plan for, prioritize, and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks; strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under time constraints; take own initiative and work independently; communicate effectively through in-person visits, Zoom/MS Teams, and phone.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast-changing and complex environments; maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.
- Organize and schedule work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
