We are an international HR consulting firm with extensive experience in searching for executive personnel. Our client is a German, international market leader in the field of technical consumer goods for industrial applications.

Job Description
  • Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Italy
  • Provide proactive and dynamic leadership for a team of ten employees
  • Set up, further develop, and manage a dedicated channel network consisting of specialized distributors and dealers
  • Analyze and identify potential new market segments and clients
  • Strategically develop the business and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
  • Define local mid- and long-term business plans
Requirements
  • Techincal degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
  • Very good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through channel partners and specialized dealers
  • Sound experience in business development and key account management, preferably with P&L responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial, pro-active, and passionate sales-personality with conceptual capabilities
  • Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
  • Very good skills in English
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
