About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Country Marketing Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Italian market. Develop and implement a marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Product Launch and Marketing: Drive the launch and marketing of new products in the Italian market, including developing marketing campaigns, managing product launches, and ensuring strong execution and follow-up.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Business Unit Director, country teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Participate in quarterly business reviews, AOP planning, and OPEX meetings to ensure marketing spendings are aligned with business objectives.
  • Relationship Building and Event Strategy: Develop and maintain high-quality relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Drive the event strategy in the country, aligned with local dynamics and EU event strategy.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to commercial and clinical teams in alignment with the marketing plan, including delivering field training and clinical marketing activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience, or Master's Degree or equivalent and 8 years of experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven successful project management skills, expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent documentation and communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization, expert understanding of related aspects of marketing concepts and principles, and extensive understanding of broad market research designs.
