We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. As a key member of our Sales Grocery Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch and close strategic partnerships with leading grocery retailers in the territory, leveraging a proactive approach and a range of communication channels.
  • Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure strong conversion rates and exceed ambitious volume and quality targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle with potential partners, negotiating strategic agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team on strategic initiatives, such as field pitch days and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the grocery or retail sector.
  • Proven sales record and ability to scale a portfolio.
