About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Amazon Business team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with a wide variety of customers, focusing on their specific requirements to drive their procurement strategy and helping them unlock spend on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and define customer procurement needs to design how Amazon Business can solve their operational and strategic challenges.
  • Advise customers on setting up a comprehensive procurement solution using Amazon Business to accelerate their digital transformation.
  • Identify new product development opportunities and collect and relay customer needs to internal Amazon teams to continuously innovate on behalf of customers.
Requirements
  • Italian and English language required
  • Experience in Sales managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Active listener and effective communicator
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • BA/BS required
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
  • Experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment with significant ambiguity
  • Knowledge of Business-To-Business (B2B) sales
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in private or public organizations
  • Expertise in Procurement
  • Proven ability to influence others to achieve outstanding results, interacting with senior executives and to develop strong and collaborative working relationships
