About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to lead our commercial efforts and drive sales growth across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and exceed sales budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead negotiations with customers to deliver annual sales targets and exceed sales budgets
  • Manage sales opportunity pipeline from project development to contract closure
  • Conduct customer visits to understand their challenges and needs
  • Work closely with customers to prioritize opportunities and develop a deliverable forward strategy
  • Provide recommendations on commercial aspects to be applied to proposals
  • Ensure bilateral communication flow between the market and the business
About You

You will thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and be able to manage complex data, including prices, costs, variable fees, and currencies. You will be able to lead and manage the sales process for applications and electrical components across the organization. We are looking for a quick learner with effective time management and negotiation skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and work autonomously while managing different peers across the Company.

You will cope with a medium amount of responsibility, remain calm under pressure, and read and interpret instructions carefully while adapting to corporate dynamics. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and play a significant role in developing a successful and effective pricing process that will directly impact employees' day-to-day activities.

Travel Requirements: 30/40% depending on specific situation.
