**Job Summary**

The ideal candidate will support the Engineering Department in achieving operational goals of Production Plants and Engineering projects. This role involves collaborating with the team to drive innovation and improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of industrial engineering projects to optimize production processes and resources.
  • Contribute to the improvement of production processes through research and analysis of solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure efficient management of resources.
  • Participate in innovation and improvement programs related to Engineering Technologies.
  • Support production process monitoring and reporting.
  • Develop and implement purchasing techniques for inspection machinery.
  • Manage documents related to projects, including PNRR, Industry 4.0, and testing and validation of inspection machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • Accuracy, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Education:

  • Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Additional Information:

  • 6-month internship planned.
