Position Overview
This role is situated in Bratislava, Slovakia and necessitates relocation. Remote work or commuting is not an option.


Amazon Business Europe is in search of a candidate proficient in the Italian language to become a part of our newly established team dedicated to supporting our EU Customer operations.


As a Business Account Executive, you will have the rewarding opportunity to foster the development of our Italian customers on Amazon Business.


Our team is committed to educating our clients on how to enhance their growth on Amazon Business and providing them with sustainable solutions through our processes and self-service features.


We continuously strive to simplify processes, enhance the quality of our vendor interactions, and drive scalability and automation by collaborating with in-country Business partners, Tech, and Product teams, leveraging our unique position as process experts engaged in daily vendor-facing activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend new services or features to our clients to create collaborative business plans with Amazon.
  • Optimize your clients' portfolio, their spending growth, and operational efficiency with Amazon Business.
  • Exhibit a natural curiosity to learn various internal business tools, programs, and processes to identify suitable business opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover new growth opportunities for our clients and automate processes for an improved purchasing partner experience.
  • Collaborate with the EU Sales team and Product Management teams to provide customer insights and customer-driven product enhancement suggestions.
  • Take ownership of impactful business-driven projects by engaging with internal business stakeholders to guide the direction of various programs.
