Job Title: Key Account Manager Systems and Services Office

At Signify, we're looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our European System and Services Commercial Team in Milan, Italy or work from home. As the world leader in lighting, we're constantly innovating and pushing boundaries in data analytics, AI, and smart homes, offices, cities, and more.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relationships with key large accounts for Signify and maximizing sales opportunities in complex environments. You'll create action plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders, and engage internal resources while driving the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key large accounts for Signify
  • Maximize sales opportunities in complex environments
  • Create action plans to penetrate key accounts

  • Drive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a fast-developing, technical B2B industry, preferably in the lighting sector
  • Preferred experience in System and Service Sales to End User Clients
  • Driven individual with a successful sales track record
  • Good understanding of the lighting ecosystem of end users, contractors, consultants, and specifiers
  • 3+ years in different sales & business assignments with the ability to influence in matrix-reporting
