We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to join our Milan office. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for building client relationships, providing expert advice, and driving new business growth.

About the Role:

  • Originate new business opportunities through targeted client prospecting
  • Sell cash management, FX hedging, and payment products to clients
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of treasury and budgeting needs. Fluency in Italian and professional English are required.
