Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Edwards S.r.l. in Italy. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the industrial and technical sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical support and maintenance services to customers, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including vacuum pumps and other technical systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and products.
Requirements
  • Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in repairs and maintenance of industrial equipment, preferably in the vacuum technology sector.
  • Strong technical expertise, combining mechanical and electrical components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
