About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our advertising solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with advertisers and influencing media spend within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relations with advertisers to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Influence media spend within assigned accounts based on customer needs and expectations.
  • Negotiate branding solutions on multiple touch points and handle complex discussions with clients and agencies.
  • Implement the framework and coverage for assigned strategic accounts to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Discover and develop new opportunities for business growth across client verticals.
  • Grow relationships at all levels within the client and agency to increase their knowledge of Amazon's advertising capabilities and position as a trusted advisor.
  • Work cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients.
Requirements
  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
  • Experience in media buying or selling, preferably with a focus on connected TV, TV, and video strategies.
  • Proven track record of success in building relationships, partnering cross-functionally, and representing client needs to the product organization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, publishers, clients, and agencies, with established relationships within the industry.
  • Talent for responding effectively to market direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Adept at working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, with Italian language skills being an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree educated in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • International work experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at all levels of an organization.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and perks. The estimated salary may vary based on location and performance.
