About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Sales Channel Leader to join our team at BMC Software. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing a go-to-market strategy that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan that aligns with our indirect and regional sales strategy, with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Create business plans for individual and specific partners, communicating these plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design a partner pipeline generation program to produce incremental new license revenue by developing an autonomous partner ecosystem.
  • Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sales creation and success in both direct and indirect sales, with a deep understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience working with software resellers and system integrators, with a strong network of partners in the market.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member and provide team-on-team leadership.
