About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the Italian market. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to identify, recruit, and nurture channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Partner Identification
    • Conduct market research to identify potential partners
    • Analyze industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential partners
  • Partner Recruitment and Enablement
    • Execute recruitment and enablement activities, track, and measure metrics
    • Develop Partner Business Plans, including account mapping and stakeholder identification
    • Lead generation and sales development, including POCs, training, and complex quotes
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships
    • Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement
    • Continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies based on feedback and results
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in direct and indirect sales in related industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
  • Excellent English and Italian speaking, negotiation, and writing abilities
  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely
  • Soft skills: resilience, communication skills, objective-oriented, growth mindset, trailblazer, negotiation skills, self-start, and team worker
