About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager, Advertising Sales to join our team at Spotify. As a key member of our Advertising Sales business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build deep relationships with our clients and partners, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing proactive consultative client service to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Cycle Support: Support the sales cycle from RFP submission to campaign optimization, upselling, and wrap-up, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of client objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Develop and execute media plans that meet client objectives, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management: Lead all aspects of campaign setup, launch, and activation, ensuring accurate creative trafficking, pacing, delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage campaign reporting and insights to identify, pitch, and close incremental and expansion opportunities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media, planning, and/or buying.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft impactful sales rationale stories using data and research.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English language, spoken and written.
