About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Growth Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in providing overall support for our clients through best practices for contract administration, contractual and business issues, risk mitigation, and compliance with all contractual requirements during the Renewal process.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience within customer experience, account management, sales operations, or customer support. You will work closely with the Account Management team in assisting with arranging end-to-end management of the negotiation process of client contracts and be a key player in scenario modeling and contract execution activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing renewal communications, facilitating the preparation and execution of renewal contractual agreements, owning the process for pushing specific segment renewals through the workflows within Salesforce, and liaising between Account Management, Customer Solutions, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to handle all elements of the renewal contractual documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct forensic reviews of client contracts to assess and minimize business risks, ensure alignment and consistency with Docebo's standards, procedures, and service provisions for driving revenue, and proactively negotiate client requests.
- Manage renewal communications as directed in the Docebo Renewal Workflow Process
- Facilitate the preparation, and execution of renewal contractual agreements
- Own the process for pushing specific segment renewals through the workflows within Salesforce
- Liaise between Account Management, Customer Solutions, Finance, Legal and Leadership to holistically handle all elements of the renewal contractual documentation
- Participate and provide deal financial modeling and proposal support to existing customers and work closely with the Account Management team
- Provide deal structure guidance and recommendations to customers that balance a data-driven approach with creative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Maintain records of all open renewal opportunities and reinforce processes to improve overall contract administration efficiencies
- Assist with renewal forecasting and tracking along with the Account Management team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work experience within customer experience, account management, sales operations, or customer support
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience within a SaaS environment
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment and an ability to multitask while understanding priorities
