Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional and local Supply Chain FP&A teams to enhance financial planning processes.
  • Engage with Business Unit FP&A teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across operations.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain performance.

Essential Experience

  • Background in consumer goods industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a matrix organizational structure is advantageous.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in financial planning and reporting methodologies, particularly in the context of Supply Chain.
  • In-depth knowledge of FMCG P&L structures and COGS.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with business processes within the FMCG sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, with BI/BW and BPC experience being a plus.
