About the Role

Gi Group S.P.A. is a leading business unit dedicated to providing specialized technical profiles in a rapidly evolving labor market. As a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, we are seeking a highly skilled CCUS Solution Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-combustion carbon capture technologies assessment for industrial emitters, with a focus on solvent-based carbon capture technologies.
  • Develop and manage process design packages for proprietary technology.
  • Licensor management for third-party technologies implementation in projects.
  • Assess CO2 management technologies, with a focus on CO2 conditioning and liquefaction.
  • Manage vendor/licensor relationships and constant cooperation with the Technology Innovation function for new technologies evaluation and R&D program definition.
  • Support tendering activities and contribute to contract negotiation.
  • Lead technology industrialization for modular product development and manage interface with main stakeholders for industrialization projects and program development.
  • Optimize product cost and minimize energy consumption through optimization of product integration into site-specific context, with a focus on waste-heat recovery.
  • Provide technical support to Sales and early engagement with clients, with a focus on the early phases of project lifecycle.
  • Manage industrial partners and support tendering activities.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the field.
  • Technical skills in gas processing, process simulation, and interface with specialists for material selection, energy efficiency optimization, licensor management, and technology implementation in EPC projects.
  • IT skills in Microsoft Office and simulation programs (Hysys, Protreat, Promax).
  • Soft skills in motivation, flexibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
