For Groupe iliad, we are seeking a dedicated professional for the position of Account Executive.

In the role of Account Executive, you will take charge of nurturing and expanding essential accounts within our customer network while also identifying new prospects. Collaboration with various departments will be key to ensuring that all client needs are addressed, guaranteeing the highest standard of service delivery.

As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of accounts through the complete sales cycle to enhance monthly utilization of our offerings.
  • Innovating and refining prospecting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Updating and managing the Salesforce Database to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Partnering with Marketing, BDRs, and Sales Solutions Architects to deliver exceptional experiences to both prospects and clients.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key clients.
  • Providing regular updates to management regarding key account activities and performance metrics, including pipeline generation and solution development for complex business agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Identifying new business prospects and collaborating with the Marketing team to formulate strategies for acquiring new clients.
  • Cultivating a thorough understanding of our products and services.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Technology sector (Cloud, software/SaaS providers, and IT service firms).
  • Ability to identify your strengths and weaknesses in sales, with a clear understanding of how they interconnect.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A passion for continuous learning and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for the future of cloud technology.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on surpassing targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales technology tools.
