La divisione Technical & Engineering di RANDSTAD PROFESSIONALS Torino, rivolta alla ricerca e selezione di profili di middle & senior management, ricerca per solida e affermata azienda cliente del settore servizi tecnici, un:
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
La risorsa selezionata, a riporto del Direttore Commerciale, si occuperà dello sviluppo del business e del portafoglio clienti nell'area assegnata del Nord Ovest (Piemonte, Liguria, parte della provincia di Milano Ovest).
In particolare, il Sales Representative avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
analisi del mercato di riferimento, scouting nuovi lead e sviluppo business per le aree assegnate
conduzione di visite commerciali presso clienti prospect, inactive e active
elaborazione proposte contrattuali, in sinergia con il Direttore Commerciale
conduzione delle trattative volte allo sviluppo dei prospect e all’acquisizione di nuove commesse
gestione e fidelizzazione del portafoglio clienti attivi
implementazione delle attività per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato
supporto alla definizione delle strategie di vendita e di proposizione al mercato della gamma dei servizi
attività di consulenza pre e post vendita ai clienti
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma o Laurea in ambito scientifico
esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in analogo ruolo, preferibilmente in realtà che operano nel settore chimico
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
competenza nella gestione dei dati mediante utilizzo ERP aziendale
disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nell’area di competenza

orientamento agli obiettivi, proattività e capacità di consolidare relazioni commerciali di medio e lungo termine
ottima capacità di negoziazione, problem solving, team working
ottime doti relazionali, capacità negoziali e di leadership
capacità di lettura del contesto per comprendere appieno l’impatto della missione e dei valori dell’organizzazione
L’offerta: pacchetto retributivo e inquadramento saranno commisurati all’effettiva esperienza maturata nel ruolo.
