Opportunità Freelance Part-Time: Business Development Manager

Siamo un'azienda con sede nel Regno Unito alla ricerca di un talento per un contratto freelance part-time. Questa non è una posizione di lavoro subordinato, ma un ruolo da consulente, che offre flessibilità e la possibilità di collaborare con soluzioni e servizi IT all'avanguardia.
Responsabilità Principali:
- Identificare nuove opportunità di business e generare Lead Qualificati per le Vendite.
- Eseguire attività di contatto su più canali, tra cui chiamate, email e messaggi su LinkedIn.
- Costruire e gestire relazioni con i potenziali clienti, assicurando appuntamenti qualificati.
- Mantenere e aggiornare il CRM (Salesforce) con attività, dati sugli account e dettagli sulla qualificazione dei lead.
- Monitorare e misurare le attività di vendita giornaliere e i relativi indicatori di performance.
- Collaborare strettamente con i team di Enterprise e Inside Sales.
- Sviluppare relazioni con dirigenti di livello C nelle aziende target.
- Affinare e sfruttare processi di qualificazione dei lead e di vendita.
- Raggiungere o superare i target mensili di generazione di lead per soddisfare gli obiettivi di pipeline.
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella vendita di tecnologie, soluzioni e servizi IT.
- Successo comprovato nella vendita di nuovi business e nell'attività di prospecting.
- Proattività, motivazione personale e atteggiamento positivo verso le attività di contatto.
- Competenza in outreach a freddo, networking su LinkedIn e generazione di lead.
- Mentalità competitiva, orientata agli obiettivi e al lavoro di squadra.
- Familiarità con sistemi CRM (es. Salesforce) e strumenti di engagement per le vendite.
- Forti capacità organizzative e abilità nel lavorare sotto pressione.
- Capacità di pensiero creativo e strategico.
- Madrelingua o fluente in Italiano.
- Disponibilità a lavorare part-time su cinque giorni a settimana.
- Possibilità di operare come consulente freelance/Partita IVA.
