**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire** **presso la sede centrale della Holding Aziendale, sita a Muggiò (MB) che verrà inserita nel ruolo di:
**INDIRECT CHANNEL SALES SPECIALIST**

Il ruolo ha l'obiettivo di monitorare ed ampliare il portafoglio clienti attraverso la gestione dei Partner Commerciali, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita assegnati in base all'area territoriale di riferimento (centro - nord).

La risorsa, a diretto riporto di una figura di Indirect Channel Sales Senior, gestirà in autonomia le seguenti attività:

- Sviluppare e implementare piani e iniziative di vendita lavorando efficacemente con la rete di partner di canale per massimizzare gli obiettivi condivisi e le opportunità di vendita
- Assicurare il mantenimento e lo sviluppo del portafoglio di competenza;
- Monitorare e analizzare gli ampliamenti della flotta existing;
- Definire, sviluppare e implementare un piano di sviluppo degli Agenti esistenti;
- Gestire gli Agenti sul territorio;
- Identificare opportunità di acquisizione di nuove Agenzie;
- Sviluppare e implementare piani di vendita con i Partner Commerciali attraverso la programmazione e l'effettuazione delle visite al cliente;
- Fornire supporto in loco in occasione di fiere aziendali ed eventi per i partner;
- Utilizzare efficacemente le metriche finanziarie per raggiungere gli obiettivi generali e prevedere l'attività della pipeline;
- Far fronte alla gestione di eventuali reclami /richieste di informazioni dei relativi clienti

**Requisiti**:
**Sei la persona ideale se possiedi questi requisiti**:

- Diploma/Laurea ad indirizzo economico o marketing;
- Esperienza pregressa di gestione di una rete di intermediari commerciali e di sviluppo rete (minimo 1 anno; non è necessaria la provenienza dal settore automotive)
- Conoscenza degli elementi creditizi;
- Ottime doti commerciali e di gestione della trattativa;
- Predisposizione a lavorare in Team;
- Ottime doti analitiche;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottimo conoscenza dei principali tools informatici (Pacchetto Office e CRM)
