As a Group M&E; Executive of the Meeting & Events Group Sales Cluster, you will be part of a passionate team that guarantees exceptional service within one of the largest and most dynamic hotel groups in the world.

We are looking for a new talent to add to our Milan-based team, focused on selling groups for our German hotels.

PROFESSIONAL – Your new tasks

  • You manage customer inquiries, are responsible for lead qualification, create offers and negotiate contracts for groups and events with the customer directly
- > Be the moment maker

  • Sell the first Radisson Collection in Germany, the only round hotel in Europe or host your favourite band in one of the 12 currently managed hotels in the cluster
- > Be the deal maker

PERSONAL– What you bring with you

  • You are the solution finder > the first point of contact for our guests
  • You can confidently conduct negotiations in both German and English and you are motivated to learn everything else during our onboarding week
  • You like to familiarize yourself with topics and develop them independently and proactively
  • Professional communication in German and English is no challenge for you
  • You already have experience in a similar position
