Per la figura di ISV Business Development Manager cerchiamo una persona dinamica e di esperienza che possa avere un ruolo centrale nel condurre la crescita del business stringendo partnership strategiche con ISV in tutta Italia.Il/la candidato/a avrà la responsabilità di definire le strategie commerciali, creare e coltivare relazioni forti con i partner. Il ruolo richiede una profonda conoscenza del mercato e delle sue dinamiche, sales acumen e una comprovata esperienza nell'attività di ingaggio e coinvolgimento dei partner.Ruolo e mansioniSviluppare ed eseguire una strategia commerciale atta a favorire la crescita del canale ISV, raggiungere obiettivi di business e aumentare l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti nel mercato italiano.Identificare, raccogliere e mantenere un database aggiornato di contatti, dando priorità ai potenziali partner strategici in base agli obiettivi di business, all'offerta di soluzioni e alle tendenze di mercato nei vari vertical.Collaborare con i team di Marketing e Technology per garantire un onboarding fluido e una perfetta integrazione dei partner ISV all'interno del programma ISV di DropPay. Analizzare le principali dinamiche di mercato, le attività della concorrenza e le preferenze dei clienti per scoprire opportunità per nuove offerte che facciano la differenza sul mercato. Fornire continuo supporto ai partner ISV, garantendo strategie efficaci di go-to-market e l'adozione di soluzioni congiunte per accrescere la soddisfazione del cliente.Monitorare gli indicatori chiave (KPI), la crescita e l'ingaggio dei clienti nel mercato italiano. Aggiornamento continuo sulle best practice di settore, sulle tendenze tecnologiche e sulle prospettive emergenti in ambito sofware con maggiore potenziale in Italia.Facilitare le interazioni tra ISV e comunicare la value proposition ai potenziali partner.Laurea in economia o marketing.Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ambito sviluppo business, nella gestione dei partner o in ruoli correlati nel settore software.Comprovata esperienza di negoziazione e chiusura di accordi di partnership con ISV.Conoscenza approfondita di soluzioni software, servizi cloud e piattaforme tecnologiche.Forte senso degli affari comprovato dalla capacità di ideare, sviluppare ed eseguire strategie commerciali in sintonia con il mercato italiano.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, presentazione e negoziazione.Capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo in team interfunzionali e di influenzare gli stakeholder a vari livelli.Approccio analitico con la capacità di leggere i dati per prendere decisioni e sviluppare strategie.Orientamento ai risultati con particolare attenzione al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e di fatturato.Per candidarticompila il formTi contatteremo una volta visionata la tua candidatura.
