**Sales Executive**

The position oversees sales activities of the eight Italian properties, members of **LDC Hotel Italy**, focused on 4* and 5* stars hotels.

He/she will be focused on both Leisure and MICE segments.
He/she will be in charge of accounts management, sales calls, FAM trips, and in house selling activities, as well as attending roadshows and local tradeshows, and, looking after the current customer relations and finding new business.

Working collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure sales efforts are coordinated.
- New business research and development aimed at expanding and keeping clients base for the hotels.
- Negotiate agreements and planning of sales blitz to major market areas and local sales calls.
- In house selling activities as well as participation to major roadshows / tradeshows.
- LEISURE and MICE segments experience of one year at least.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, initiative and autonomy.
- He /She also has an excellent knowledge of English, and the knowledge of others will be considered a plus.
- Strong Client mindset
- Be able to adapt and react to changes, highly organized
