About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Sysmex Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the assigned business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Tender Management: Manage large tenders, ensuring a structured approach and effective coordination with the team.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Language: Native Italian and fluent in English.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in sales management roles, with 5 years in the IVD industry and 3-5 years in people management.
  • Skills: Proven sales and leadership skills, with experience in managing large tenders and product knowledge.
