Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our Cloud Computing business. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a named account plan to meet and exceed targets
  • Manage accounts concurrently and strategically
  • Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from customers
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience as a quota-carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional
  • Experience coordinating multiple members of the sales team dedicated to a particular account
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
