Job Summary

Molecular Account Manager for Diagnostic Business Expansion is responsible for driving the growth of molecular activities for assigned customers in the defined country territory. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to customers, ensuring their lab productivity, use, and design are optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • New business acquisition through strategic sales efforts
  • Renewals of expiring contracts or new tender issued by existing customers with price negotiations to ensure competitive pricing
  • Establish value propositions and build compelling business cases to drive revenue growth
  • Post-sale involvement with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop strong relationships with key molecular lab stakeholders, including decision-making units, clinicians, and purchasing departments
  • Serve customer requests and forward them to the respective Service department on technical and applicational questions
  • Become an advisor/consultant to customers on lab productivity, use, and/or design
  • Actively maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, reporting on activities and market data
  • Serve as the single point of contact that responds to customer inquiries promptly
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
  • Experience from IVD laboratory diagnostics business
  • Experience from sales preferred but not mandatory if having a strong experience from the molecular diagnostic field
  • Experience from molecular laboratory field mandatory
  • Strong experience maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Native in local language/English & other languages advantageous
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
