The Impact You'll Make

You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. From check-in to check-out, you'll be responsible for providing personalized service, resolving issues, and exceeding guest expectations. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will make all the difference in creating a truly unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, adapting to any changes or special requests
  • Secure payment and verify billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, and local recommendations
  • Run daily reports and communicate key information to the next shift's staff
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank securely
  • Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department
  • Communicate any emergencies, lost items, or theft to security staff and authorities
