Job Title: Revenue Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at Minor Hotels Roma. As a key member of the revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenues, market share, and profit for our 5-star hotel in Rome.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with a proven track record of revenue growth in previous hotels. You will be responsible for strategic pricing, yield management, and revenue optimization, working closely with the General Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room rates and occupancy levels
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales promotions and packages

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, with at least 1 year as a hotel Revenue Manager
  • Proven track record of revenue growth in previous hotels

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum depending on experience.
